I've ordered few visitor Chairs for my office. From day 1 there was rexine quality issue. I have informed about the product quality to service and they have fixed it by replacing the rexine. They also said rexine finish will be not upto imported one, I am not satisfied with serviced quality, returned this item and got refund. That support experience was very smooth.
